Conditions for refunds and exchanges
Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email a photo within 48 hours of delivery. We will gladly issue a refund or send a replacement at no additional cost. Returns are not required for damaged items.
If for some other reason you are not satisfied with your item, you may exchange or receive a credit.
Opened Shea Butter & Body Products
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on opened shea butters, whipped butters, or scrubs. Once a product has been opened and you are not satisfied you may exchange or receive a credit.

Once your request for a refund or exchange has been approved and processed, you can expect to receive your full refund, exchange for a different candle, or store credit within 24-48 hours.
